Privacy policy
Effective 30 October 2026
Soulmate OpenPost is a private, self-hosted tool operated for the owner's Soulmate · AI vs Humans social channels. It is not offered as a public account-registration service. This policy distinguishes the private publishing application from this public information website.
Information accessed through Google and YouTube
The application uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's authorization it can access the connected Google account's profile and email address; YouTube channel identifiers and channel details; video identifiers, titles, descriptions, publication status and settings; and authorized channel and video analytics. It also processes the videos, thumbnails and post text that the operator supplies, and the authorization credentials needed to carry out the granted functions.
Purpose and sharing
This information is used to connect and identify the correct channel, prepare, upload, schedule and manage the owner's posts, verify delivery and settings, and review channel performance. Connected platforms receive the content and account information needed to perform the actions the owner authorizes. Authorized operating software and assistants may process necessary publishing metadata to operate and review those functions.
Google API information is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Other platforms are accessed only when the operator explicitly connects them.
Storage and retention
Publishing records, media and connection data are held in the operator's private self-hosted installation and managed credential systems, not on this public information site. Access is restricted to authorized operation. Operational records are retained while needed for publishing, review and recovery. YouTube API data must be refreshed or deleted as required by the applicable YouTube policies; revoking permission does not authorize continued collection.
Control, revocation and deletion
The operator can disconnect a channel in the publishing application. Google access can also be revoked at Google Account permissions. To request review or deletion of stored application data, contact hermes.soulmate@gmail.com. Following revocation or a deletion request, associated stored API data is removed as soon as possible and within the deadlines required by the platform, including YouTube's 30-calendar-day maximum after revocation. Deleting local application records does not itself delete videos already published on YouTube; those are controlled separately through the channel.
Website visitors and cookies
This public site has no registration, advertising, analytics scripts or application tracking cookies. Cloudflare hosts its static pages and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect the website; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. The private publisher uses session cookies for its own authorized sign-in, separately from this information site.
Platform terms
Use of the application's YouTube functions is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using those functions, the operator agrees to be bound by those terms. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. This independently operated application is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
Contact and changes
Questions or complaints about these practices can be sent to hermes.soulmate@gmail.com. Material changes to the application's purpose, access or data practices require this notice to be updated before the changed use.
